Privacy policy

General provisions

1. The Privacy Policy specifies the collection, processing and storage of personal data necessary to provide services at a distance, electronically through the speedapp.pl website.

2. The administrator of personal data of the website users is speedapp Sp z o.o. based in Warsaw (00-028) at Bracka 25 Street, NIP: 9512394461, KRS: 0000563188

3. Personal data shall be processed in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the EU Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

4. The collected data will be:

– lawfully processed,

– collected   for   designated   legitimate   purposes   and   not   subjected   to   further processing incompatible with those purposes,

– substantially correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed,

– kept no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

5.    The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer to oversee the accuracy of personal data processing. Please send all questions and concerns regarding the processing of personal data to rodo@speedapp.pl.

Definitions

1. Administrator -  speedapp Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw (00-028) at Bracka 25 Street,NIP 9512394461, KRS: 0000563188

2. Personal   data  –   means   information   about   an   identified   or   identifiable   natural person ("data subject"). An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by means of an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of the natural person.

3. Cookie files  -   small chunks of data stored as text files in a web browser; sites use this information to track user activity and enable features specific to each user.

4. Processing  –   means an operation or set of operations performed on personal data or   sets   of   personal   data   in   an   automated   or   non-automated   manner,   such   as collecting,   recording,   organizing,   structuring,   storing,   adapting   or   modifying, downloading, viewing, using, disclosing by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, matching or linking, limiting, deleting or destroying.

5. GDPR  – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the EU Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Scope of collected data

1. The Administrator shall process personal data necessary for the provision and development of the offered services available through the Website and its individual functionalities.

2. The scope of the collected data is adequate to the purpose for which they are collected. In particular, it is: name, e-mail address, telephone number and location data

Purposes and legal basis for data processing

Personal data of the Website User may be processed for the following purposes:

1. communication with the User via the contact form available on the Site (Article6(1)(f) of the GDPR), the consequence of which may be to take certain actions before concluding a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),

2. conducting the recruitment process for the position selected by the User (Article6(1)(b) of the GDPR in the scope of data indicated by the Labor Code and Article6(1)(a) of the GDPR in the case of data beyond the scope indicated by the aforementioned laws),

3. building a database of candidates for future recruitment processes (Article 6(1)(a)GDPR),

4. providing   marketing   content   through   the   communication   channel   you   have chosen (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

In each of the aforementioned cases, providing data is voluntary, but necessary to use the functionality of the Website.

Data retention period

Personal data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, in particular, until the User withdraws the consent given (Article 6(1)(a)   GDPR)   or   raises   an   effective   objection   to   data   processed   on   the   basis   of   the Administrator's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

In the case of a recruitment process, personal data will be processed for the duration of the recruitment process, and after the end of the process, depending on the decision taken, will feed other processes, will be deleted, or will be stored until the purpose of processing ceases, or the consent given is withdrawn in the case of consent to process data in future recruitment processes.

Information on processing

Recipients   of   personal   data   may   be   entities   acting   on   behalf   of   the   Administrator, including its technology, logistics and/or organizational partners.

Personal data processed by the Administrator will/will not be transferred outside theEuropean Economic Area (EEA)

User Rights

Each User using the Website has the right to:

1. access to his/her Data,

2. rectification of the Data,

3. to delete the Data,

4. restriction of Data processing,

5. to transfer the Data,

6. to object to processing taking place on the basis of the legitimate interests of the controller,

7. the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of such consent before its withdrawal.

Each User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if they consider that the processing violates the provisions of the GDPR.

The website may use its own cookies (known as first part cookies) and third party cookies (known as third part cookies).

The website uses the following Cookies:

1. necessary - the files are necessary for the proper functioning of the Website (among other things, they enable the operation of basic functionalities such as website navigation) and therefore these files cannot be disabled - processed based on the legally justified interest of the administrator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);

2. preference files - files that remember the Website settings, including content layout and language, making it significantly easier for the User to use the Website- processed based on the User's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);

3. statistical - allow the operator of the Website to understand how Users use the various elements of the Website, on the basis of the information collected in such cookies it is possible to create anonymous statistics and analysis of visits to the Website and to study its audience - processed on the basis of the User's consent(Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);

4. marketing - allows to evaluate Users' preferences and thus provide them with advertisements   corresponding   to   their   interests,   making   advertising   more valuable for both the User and the advertiser - processed based on the User's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);

5.   unclassified   -   files   that   are   in   the   process   of   being   classified,   along   with providers of individual cookies

Cookie Storage Time

The lifetime of cookies depends on their type and may be:

1. essential files - these are session files (deleted after closing the window of the web browser used by the User) and permanent files;

2. preference files - stored for 1 year after saving;

3. statistical files - these are session files (deleted after closing the window of the web browser used by the User) and files stored from 1 day to a maximum of 2 years;

4. marketing files - these are session files (deleted after closing the window of the web browser used by the User) and files stored from 3 to 6 months;
