For our Client we are looking for a DevOps Engineer!

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer that will help our team establish outstanding DevOps practices. You will work closely with the Senior DevOps Engineer and Senior Cloud Engineering Manager to identify DevOps challenges and implement efficient solutions across various brands within Inhabit. You will be instrumental in building scalable cloud infrastructure, deploying monitoring systems for automated health checks, and establishing robust CI/CD pipelines. Furthermore, you will train and guide the team in adopting best-in-class DevOps practices.

Functions and Responsibilities:

•  Oversee development and production environments, ensuring optimal reliability and availability.
•  Leverage automation to improve productivity, workflow, and technology deployment.
•  Establish and maintain continuous build environments to speed up software deployment.
•  Maintain and optimize tools, systems, and platforms for cloud services.
•  Work closely with development teams to assist in designing applications with DevOps best practices in mind across all phases of the SDLC.
•  Assist in the roll-out and deployment of new product features and installations to new cloud infrastructure.
•  Provide DevOps support and engineering assistance for multiple software applications.

Skills & Knowledge:

•  Proven work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
•  Extensive expertise in cloud computing platforms (Azure or AWS).
•  Experience managing all components of CI/CD pipelines.
•  Significant knowledge of Windows and Linux operating system environments, and shell scripting languages (Bash or PowerShell).
•  Proficiency with agile software development and at least one programming language, Git version control, and issue tracking in Jira.
•  Familiarity with containerization and container orchestration.
•  Familiarity managing MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL databases.

Minimum Qualifications:

•  4+ years of DevOps engineering experience
•  Experience with cloud computing environments such as MS Azure, AWS, GCP
•  4+ years automation process implementation
•  Process-oriented with great documentation skills
•  Excellent oral and written communication skills
•  Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
