We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Team Leader to join our exceptional Cloud Engineering team at WalkMe. Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a high-performance work culture.

• Design and implement technical solutions using cutting-edge technologies such as Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and more.

• Develop and automate processes for deploying, managing, and configuring applications in a multi-cloud environment, with a focus on AWS.

• Create and optimize complex CI/CD processes to ensure efficient software delivery and continuous integration.

• Manage and maintain dynamic environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

• Manage first response rotation for production services and troubleshoot technical issues within systems, proactively identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements to deployment and maintenance practices.

• Serve as a technical authority, leading by example, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, adherence to best practices, and effective utilization of multi-cloud resources.

 Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a Cloud SaaS environment.

• At least 1 year of experience in a team leadership or management role.

• Evaluate new cloud-native technologies and vendor products to continually enhance our SaaS offerings.

• Proficiency in Kubernetes in a production environment.

• Extensive experience managing environments in AWS, with multi-cloud experience preferred.

• Vast experience with Terraform, Consul, and Vault.

• Hands-on experience with continuous integration tools such as GitLab CI.

• Proficiency in managing databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Shell scripting, and Groovy.

• Experience with monitoring systems preferably Datadog.
