Building a Center of Excellence (CoE) – a strategic unit focused on specialists with strong technical expertise, who are delegated to the most complex projects in Cloud, AI, and Data Science.

Despite having an extensive internal recruitment department, the client faced difficulties in acquiring the right candidates due to high competency requirements and the limited availability of talent in the market.

The IT specialists needed for this project were expected to serve as internal consultants, requiring a combination of advanced technical skills and strong communication abilities.

The solution

Leveraging our extensive network and a team of specialized recruiters, we were able to ensure a steady stream of candidates who successfully passed the demanding recruitment processes. During the collaboration, we worked closely with the client’s recruitment team and technical managers. We regularly reported our progress and streamlined our collaboration and communication, allowing us to continuously adjust our actions to meet the client’s needs. The feedback we received allowed us to react quickly and make adjustments to the candidate selection and recommendation process.

The result

The first candidate was presented on the very same day we received the request. The first offer was made after 11 days.

In about 5 months, we presented 141 candidates, 17 of whom were hired. We established ourselves as a strategic recruitment partner for the client.

Approximately 80% of the offers made to our candidates were accepted.Most of the specialists we hired are still performing key functions for the client today.
