The client needed to recruit 15+ specialists in a short time: Developers (Java, Android/iOS, Ruby), DevOps, and database administrators – in response to issues with their e-commerce system.

• The critical e-commerce system, processing 100k+ requests per day, required urgent team reinforcement.

• The technical backlog had been growing for 6 months due to staffing shortages.

• The technical complexity (distributed system, 12+ servers) made it difficult to select the right candidates.
