The challenge

An Israeli start-up reached out to us when it was looking for more than an IT staffing agency - a partner who will not only deliver IT engineers but also manage all HR and administration functions. A client needed to have an IT team as quickly as possible to start work on a product – a demand prediction and algo pricing AI tool.

The solution

Client wanted to establish a development center abroad. They consider Poland as a location for their nearshore development center because of a highly-skilled IT workforce and lower labor cost compared to other EU countries. It was also important for the client to have all administration/HR functions managed and to keep full control and ownership over an abroad team of software developers.

The result

We onboarded the first software developer within 20 days. After 1 month we set up an integrated IT team in Warsaw. We took care of administration (payroll, taxes), onboarding process, managing legal & security - paperwork, soft HR, competitive benefits, office space, and more.

The IT team became formally a client’s team. After 1 year we transferred the 3 teams (27 people) under the client’s ownership and control. Today we co-establish a nearshore development center in Poland.
