The challenge

Polish start-up needs developers...in a very short notice! A company, which provide quick commerce mobile application reached to us when they need to scale their development team due to quick expansion. They like act quickly just like their mission to deliver in-app purchases to customer’s home in less than 10 minutes.

The solution

At the end of January we knew their needs – hiring 9 software developers until April. There wasn't much time. Obviously. At the beginning of February the client met first candidates.

The result

By the March 13, we hired 8 software developers for the client.
